You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the item to contact the seller for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. A return address will be included with your RMA number.
Your return must be postmarked no later than 7 calendar days from the date the RMA number is issued. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for returning your item are not refundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it in. If applicable, all accessories must be included with your returned item. Items and/or accessories that are not returned in the same condition as received will be assessed a restocking fee of between 20% and 100%, depending on the condition of what is returned.
Items returned due to buyer remorse or buyer error will be assessed a restocking fee of 20%.
We prosecute mail fraud to the full extent of the law. To ensure that the item returned is the same item that was sent, the return item's serial number(s) and/or unique identification number(s) will be compared to our records. Please note that unique identification numbers are not readily apparent from a visual inspection. If the returned item's serial number(s) and/or unique identification number(s) are different from what was sent to you, we will open a case with the United States Postal Inspector and file a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (www.ic3.gov) for mail fraud.
We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
